  • Outdoor gatherings may not exceed 50% of the venue capacity, up to a maximum of 250 people.

Attendance at funerals is limited to a maximum number of 100 people for indoor gatherings and 250 people for outdoor gatherings. Where the venue is too small to accommodate these numbers with appropriate social distancing, then no more than 50% of the capacity of the venue may be used.

The nationwide curfew has been relaxed and will now be from 00h00 to 4am. Apart from permitted workers, no person may be outside their place of residence during curfew.

Establishments, including restaurants and bars, will need to close by no later than 23h00 in order to ensure their customers and staff are able to return home prior to the start of the curfew.

Alcohol
The sale of alcohol will be permitted, according to normal licence provisions. However, no alcohol may be sold during the hours of curfew.

The adjusted Level 3 regulations made every individual legally responsible for wearing a mask in public, and this requirement remains unchanged.
